We love rewarding our customers, so every time a friend takes out their first policy with us, you’ll both get a token of our gratitude (that you can spend to treat yourself, or your pet) in your inboxes.
It's a quick and easy process: just enter your name and email address on our Refer a Friend page to get started. If your friend hasn’t had a policy with us before, then once they’ve taken out their first policy, you’ll both get a treat within 30 days.
Have lots of friends at doggy daycare? Or plenty of neighbours with cats? Great! You can be rewarded for successfully referring up to 5 friends per 24-hour period and up to a maximum of 25 friends per 12-month period.
Here’s how it works:
Sign up: Visit our Refer a Friend page and enter your name and email address.
Share your link: To refer your friend via email or social media, you can easily generate and share your unique link with them. If you’re chatting about us in person, just tell them to mention your name at checkout.
Get rewarded: When the eligibility criteria have been met, both yourself and a friend will receive a £10 Amazon.co.uk voucher* in your inboxes.

Do I need to be an Insure Your Paws policy holder to refer?
Here at Insure Your Paws, we appreciate and value customers’ engagement with our services and genuine stories being shared about such. With this in mind, to take part in this referral scheme, you must be a current or past Insure Your Paws customer, who has had a policy in force for a minimum of 30 days.
Is there a limit to the referral scheme rewards I can receive?
We appreciate you wanting to spread the word to many people; however, to keep track of referrals and make sure everything is authentic, there is a limit of 5 rewards within any 24-hour period or 25 within the last 12 months.
I referred my friend and they took out multiple policies for multiple pets, will I get multiple referral rewards?
Unfortunately not! The referral reward is only paid out on the first policy (in force for a minimum of 30 days) that they take out as a new Insure Your Paws customer.
I successfully referred a friend who hasn’t used Insure Your Paws before, when will we receive our rewards?
Great! You will be notified by email once your referred friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned. Then, you will both receive your rewards when your policy and your friend’s policy have been in force for 30 days.
I don’t want to spend my reward just yet; how long will it be valid for?
No problem. Both yours and your friend’s reward for successfully taking part in the scheme will be valid for at least 3 months from the date of issue. Plenty of time to think about what you’d like to treat yourself, or your furry friend to.
