Insure Your Paws has been named Pet Insurance Provider of the Year 2026 at this year’s National Insurance Awards and we’re thrilled. 

The judges recognised in Insure Your Paws, outstanding innovation, a commitment to customers and their pets, and exceptional results.

We’ve also focused on making our customer experience simpler. Our website has been redesigned to make it easier to get a quote, understand policy options and buy cover.  

When it comes to claims, we know speed and clarity matter most, so we’ve improved response times, introduced online claims, and can also pay vets directly, helping to reduce stress at what can already be a worrying time.  

Pet insurance can make a real difference when the unexpected happens and we are working hard to offer the best to our customers.  

This award is a brilliant milestone, but it’s not the finish line. We’ll keep listening, improving and working hard to make our pet insurance even better, for pet owners and the dogs and cats they love.
